Venue Accessibility
St Albans Community Centre (STACC) and the Bowery Theatre has facilities to enable access for everyone in the community. Some of these features include a drop off zone directly out the front, wide doors throughout, removable theatre seats and hearing assistance in most areas. Handrails and grip strips are located on the stairs as well as floor tactile nodules. All accessible signage throughout the centre includes braille.

STACC and the Bowery Theatre is a short walking distance from St Albans train station.
Car
There are 35 parking bays located directly outside STACC, including 2 accessible parking bays. There is a parking limit of 3 hours. Additionally parking is available in surrounding streets. Please observe all parking signage.
Bus
Bus routes 408 and 418 pass along Main Road East and Errington Reserve.
Wheelchair Access
STACC is fully wheelchair accessible, with a lift servicing the ground and first floor.
Wheelchair spaces, or the option to transfer to a seat, is available at all events in the Bowery Theatre, subject to bookings. Please contact us on 03 9249 4600 for more information or to book.
Accessible Toilets
On the ground floor, there are 3 gender neutral accessible toilets located in the foyer. Gendered toilets are also located in the foyer on the ground floor, with an accessible stall in each.
On the first floor, there is 1 gender neutral accessible toilet located at the far end of the centre. Gendered toilets are located at the far end of the centre, with an accessible stall in each.
Assistive Hearing
Assistive hearing is available at STACC and the Bowery Theatre.
On the ground floor there is T-Switch hearing loops at reception, in Flexible Spaces 1, 2 and 3 and Meeting Room 1.
On the first floor there is T-Switch hearing loops in the IT Training Room, Meeting Room 2 and the Dance Studio.
The Bowery Theatre has a T-Switch hearing loop and FM hearing packs are also available from the venue staff for selected performances. Please contact us on 03 9249 4600 prior to booking.
Changing Places
A baby change table is located in the gender neutral accessible bathroom, located on the ground floor next to the lift.
A changing place is located on the exterior of the building fitted with a full-size table and hoist system, toilet and basin. Users must use their Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK) to use this toilet.

Assistance animals are permitted into STACC and the Bowery Theatre.
Companion Cards
Companion Card Holders are eligible for a complimentary companion ticket to selected programs and performances.
