Applying for a festival/event grant: What’s your plan?

  • Event plan/timeline – indoor verses outdoor – site map
  • Budget development
  • Partnership development
  • Getting quotes
  • Sourcing venues
  • Identifying services you need at your event
  • Working with contractors
  • Working with council
  • Embedding an evaluation plan
