Council is partnering with Green my Plate to reduce the amount of waste we generate the festival. Each food vendor will receive their choice of reusable bowls / plates / mugs etc. These will be washed and reused throughout the event; reducing our waste and supporting Council’s goal of hosting waste wise festivals and events.
We will have free chilled water available and encourage our audience to bring their own water bottle to refill at the event. For more information about how you can help support Council’s waste reduction goals, contact environment@brimbank.vic.gov.au
