Visual Arts Exhibition

Nefelibata by Mito Elias

Mito hero

Nefelibata is a state that reflects who lives in suspension, often beyond the clouds. This exhibition is a way to reflect this particular moment in the history of humanity - marked by the solitary confinement of our corners, but also by the DISharmony of being with those we love, care and share our daily lives. Nefelibata - is a way to discuss and present questions about certain social concerns in which foreign artists debate in a society where the dominant language is often a major barrier in daily communication and art emerges as a language of salvation or perhaps the best form of mediation between the artist and the community where he lives. This exhibition is composed by 15 paintings and drawings that will interact with other mediums - sound and video. This project will be an individual exhibition, but will also have some guests who will be part of some parallel activities to the exhibition, such as performances and debates and for that reason, it will be a collective effort to bring together lovers of art, culture and social activism.
