Lavinia Tosev is a 15-year-old soloist with a voice and writing talent beyond her years. A Brimbank local, she connects with her audience through original pop-rock-folk songs, accompanied by guitar or piano.
Lavinia Tosev has an abundance
of performance experience and songwriting achievements. She's known to deliver outstanding acoustic performances, accompanying
herself on either guitar or piano. Her music journey commenced at a young age
when she started learning the piano at 5.5 years old. Not long after that, she
started taking up vocal lessons and later started playing the guitar. She has
been accompanying herself on piano from the age of 8 and began writing her own
songs at 10 years old. Her original music has been shortlisted in the Top 30 of
the Australia Songwriters Association songwriting competition every year since
2016, and in 2019 her song “The Old You” placed 3rd in the Open Rock Indie
Section. Her Resonate performance includes 3 of her original pop/rock/folk songs.
