Ayelet Brooks is a visual artist whose multidisciplinary practice includes cut-out collage, mural painting, acrylic painting and print. Her work is characterised by bold colour, dynamic composition and unconventional perspectives, through which she explores personal narratives, human connection, nature and emotion. In her recent work, she reflects on her childhood experiences as a neurodivergent individual, navigating life undiagnosed. These works draw on memory and emotion to examine identity, resilience and the ways in which early experiences shape our perception of the world. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Monash University.
