Ruby creates thoughtfully detailed illustrative work that evokes a strong sense of atmosphere. She is interested in observing the world and drawing out the emotions within it – joy, sadness, fear and passion. Through unexpected colour palettes and considered composition she hopes to capture a particular feeling or moment that resonates with the viewer.
