Primary Artistic Discipline: Visual Art
I am a Melbourne-based visual artist working with watercolour and acrylics, inspired by the beauty and emotion of the natural world. My art captures serene landscapes, dramatic skies, and flowing water—blending realism with impressionistic elements to evoke calm and reflection. Through vibrant colours and delicate brushwork, I aim to express both what I see and what I feel.
With a background in computer science and 19 years in the IT industry, I turned to art four years ago as a mindful escape from the demands of work and family life. What began as a creative outlet has grown into a life-changing journey of self-expression and renewal.
In addition to sharing my artwork on social media, I teach painting classes to children through Council, encouraging creativity, confidence, and mindfulness. Art has become both my passion and purpose.
